Why Optitude©360 works?

We believe that successful leaders combine and balance three key traits: Attitude, Aptitude and Fortitude with optimal performance.

The first is to evaluate the candidate’s Attitude towards their work, role, and leadership style in terms of their underlying values and motivations. Aside from skills, it is important to ensure that the prospective candidate is an excellent cultural / team fit. This means they share the same values as your business and will be comfortable working within your company’s culture.

The second is whether or not the candidate has the Aptitude, skills, experience and “intellectual horsepower” to add significant value to the role and the wider business. This includes hard skills (like specific knowledge or training) and soft skills (like communication or teamwork).

The third is to assess their level of Fortitude in terms of dealing with crisis, adversity, and rapidly evolving corporate environments. As such, it is imperative that senior-level hires can “roll with the punches” and act decisively when challenged in competitive markets.
